Philosophy
All individuals with disabilities are valued at home and in the community and shall be treated with dignity and respect. The name Care Connect was built upon the care that we take in connecting individuals with a place to live that is not just a house, but a home.
The mission of Care Connect of Virginia (CCOV), LLC, is to connect individuals with the services and supports that are specifically tailored to their needs, while encouraging them to live as independently as possible. It is also our mission to provide individuals with a life where they are empowered to make decisions, and lead a life of dignity, respect, and confidence. Our goals are person-centered and provide each individual with the tools necessary for a long, happy life with like-minded providers at home and in the community.

The mission of CCOV will remain the same as the company grows and evolves into a place where individuals with a disability (adults and children) and their families can learn about housing options and receive benefits consultation in areas where they may have little to no understanding of the services and supports available to them.
